- Ingredients
- Oil: ½ cup
- Cumin seeds: 1 tablespoon
- Potato: ½ kg
- Onions: 1
- Turmeric powder: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli flakes: 1 tablespoon
- Tomato: 1
- Green chilli: 3
- Yogurt: 4 tablespoon
- Garam masala: ½ tablespoon
Steps to follow:
- Take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it.
- Cut potatoes into round slices.
- Add chopped onions and potato slices to the oil.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli flakes, tomatoes and green chilli to it.
- Then add yoghurt to it and cover it for 5 minutes.
- Now cook until the water dries up.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
Serving:
Serve it with chapati.
